4. Why We Collect and Process Data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

5. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, we process personal data on the following lawful bases:
- Consent — You have voluntarily provided your data through a form or subscription.
- Legitimate use — Processing is necessary for performance of a contract (e.g., fulfilling an order) or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (e.g., responding to an enquiry).
- Legal obligation — Processing is required to comply with Indian tax, accounting, or regulatory law (e.g., GST invoicing, FSSAI traceability).
- Legitimate business interest — Such as fraud prevention, security, and rate limiting, balanced against your rights.
6. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We share data only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the minimum extent necessary:
- Service providers — web hosting (Hostinger), email delivery (Hostinger SMTP / domain mailbox provider), payment gateways, shipping and courier partners, GST/accounting software, and analytics providers, all bound by data-protection obligations.
- Legal and regulatory authorities — where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.
- Successors in interest — in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to the same privacy protections set out in this Policy.
